How do I book a session?
Click “Book Me” or the Chat button. Let me know what kind of session you’re interested in. I’ll send you a short questionnaire and a booking link within 24 hours.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due anytime before your session begins. All major credit cards, Venmo and cash are accepted. No checks please.
What happens if it rains?
If rain is expected, I’ll message you on the day of your session. We’ll make a final call about 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. I always reserve backup dates for weather-related rescheduling, so if we need to postpone, you’ll be rebooked immediately—on a date as close to your original session as possible.
What does the session fee include?
Your session fee includes all your photography session and your final digital high resolution gallery of images with free downloads.
Prints are the only additional cost.
Your gallery is linked to Mpix.com, where you can order and pay for prints shipped to your home.
Does it cost extra to remove blemishes?
Retouching is included with every session—no extra charge. I use a 30-inch monitor and top-tier technology to zoom in, edit with precision, and make sure you love your photos.
How do I change outfits during my session?
Changing outfits is easy with my portable booth—it pops up in 30 seconds and totally private. Not for you? You are not required to use it; we can always discuss other options to make sure you're 100% comfortable with outfit changes during your session!
How long does it take to get my photos back?
Usually 1–2 weeks, no more than 3 weeks when you will receive a gallery link to review your photos.
Is there a travel fee?
No charge to places within the Great Lakes Bay Region—Midland, Saginaw, Bay City, Frankenmuth, and Essexville. Locations over 30 minutes like Tawas, Charlevoix, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Tahquamenon Falls, or Mackinac Island, include a standard travel fee. Message me for a quote!
Do you have an indoor studio for headshots?
I shoot entirely on location—no studio! Parks, beaches, and downtown spots give us great variety. Need a clean headshot? I can bring a backdrop and studio lighting to a sheltered outdoor spot. You’ll get that crisp, professional look with the life and light of the outdoors—that’s what makes these photos stand out.
What if I want photos at my school?
That's great! I've captured swimmers and theatre students at their school. Contact your administrator for access and talk with them about coming to the school to let us in on our date. I leave that to my seniors since you know your school staff and teachers who want to support you and help you shine!
